Our apartments are located in the best Northeast locations, within the Bustleton and Somerton Neighborhoods in the heart of the Far Northeast Philadelphia, Philadelphia, PA. Geographically, each community is within a quick drive of one another (allowing for hands-on superior management), and within a few minutes to all the major roads of the Northeast including Bustleton Avenue, Grant Avenue, Krewstown Road, and Route 1 (Roosevelt Boulevard).
We are also very close to Pennypack Park (one of the top 3 largest parks in the City of Philadelphia). In fact, one of our communities, is across the street from Pennypack Park.
